Watch this space!
We will soon be launching our new plant catalogue so you can spruce up your garden and fill up your hanging baskets and planting troughs with our lovely selection of perennials and bedding. These will be ready to plant out in late April/early May, just as the weather becomes more reliable and you get going in your garden or local green space again. We can bring plants to your door, or arrange to leave them in a safe place for you to pick up at Chantry Walled Garden. By buying from us, you support our charity!
Buy a bird box for the nesting season.
Get ready for the bird nesting season by purchasing one of our many different designs made by our ActivShedders. We have boxes especially made for wrens, robins, tits and sparrow terraces for these very sociable birds.
How about a bird-feeder or bird table to encourage birds to your garden and help them through these cold winter months?
It’s amazing what quick results you’ll get if you put out food regularly or provide a cosy nesting spot. Community garden has goodies galore. We still have honey in stock and our production line of jams and pickles continues. Meanwhile, there are greens a-plenty to help boost our immune systems.
If you’d like a homemade/grown package for yourself or as a wonderful surprise gift for someone, simply email Beverly to arrange pick up: [email protected]
Brighten up your mum’s special day with spring displays from Chantry Walled Garden
Our community-run nursery has pots of bulbs guaranteed to put a smile on the face of your mum when they flower.
The tulip, narcissus, hyacinth, allium and grape hyacinth were kindly supplied by Thompson & Morgan, our local horticultural company just across the park from us.
After flowering, the bulbs can be planted out in your garden for your family to enjoy year after year.
If you would like to order a pot, please get in touch with Susannah on 07530 407302 on Tuesdays or Thursdays or email [email protected]. We can leave your order by our gate at an allotted time for you to collect.
