ROC24 Suffolk 2021 is ON!

We know that you can’t wait to get out and active this summer following lockdown and are delighted to confirm that ROC24 [Suffolk 2021] will take place at Ipswich High School, Woolverstone Hall, Woolverstone, Suffolk, on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 June.

What can you expect from ROC24?

ROC24 is a fun and friendly event for all abilities that challenges participants (solo or in relay teams) to complete as many laps of a stunning 5k mixed terrain course as possible in 24-hours (camping included).

And the team are delighted to have secured such a magnificent venue for 2021 (thanks to Ipswich High School) – with fantastic facilities and a 5k mixed terrain course with stunning views over the River Orwell.

Where can you find out more?

ROC24 entries are limited this year with a booking deadline of 31 May.

The team are also thrilled to confirm that St Elizabeth Hospice will be their ROC24 charitable partner in 2021. All donations made via race entries and throughout the event including for parking and massage services will go to the Hospice, who provide essential palliative care across East Suffolk, Norfolk and Waveney to improve lives for people living with progressive and life-limiting illnesses.
